These release around midnight in my time zone, so I completed day 1 on the morning of Dec 1 as I drank my coffee.

Today is Dec 4. I completed this puzzle and the others in Rust. This interactive visualization is javascript slop, though.

This puzzle is simple to brute force, and plenty fast that way, but also pretty simple to solve logically.
